Tamkeen Holdings awards the smart building “Tamkeen Tower” to alfanar IT

alfanar IT, a specialist in the design, implementation and management of high performance Information Technology Systems (ITS) infrastructure solutions, announced that it has been awarded a project as the intelligent building system integrator for a state-of-the-art "smart building" Tamkeen Tower in Riyadh.

Tamkeen Tower Located in the North of Riyadh in the business spine between King Fahed Road and Olaya Street, Tamkeen Tower is on a lot of 10,895m2 with a building high of approx. 200 m

The building consist of 4 basements ground plus 58 Levels, and the development is a mixed used  single tower with a common podium to accommodate a retail center.

Tamkeen Tower will be the first Tenant smart building tower in KSA accommodating 160 Offices and providing the following services:

1- Full Network Infrastructure with the latest technology from Cisco Systems

2- Fully IP based Security systems consisting of IP CCTV and IP Access Control covering all the towers area.

3- IP TV System Covering all offices and common Area with Digital Signage integration

4- IBMS System covering the full multitenant areas to control the building.

At the end All systems will be integrated threw on single middleware and interface for ease of operation and maintenance and security.
